Payroll Settings - FaceAzure

When using FaceAzure Online payroll for the first time, there must be certain settings made in the Payroll Settings section in order to avoid errors.

Go to Payroll
Choose Payroll Settings

Choose the Option. How do you want to display the employee’s name?

Choose Chart Of Account for tracking Accrued for Tax on Salary

Choose Chart of Account for tracking Accrued for Fringe Benefits.

Click Save & Close

Notes:
Please check to see if you’ve already created a chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online and select Sync QBO Data to refresh the list if you can’t find it there.
