Add New Custom Field

You can add new custom fields up to 30 fields. However, some fields have been used. Before you add, please see the list of available custom fields for each entity type

Go to Settings
choose Custom Fields

Click Add New Button

Click Add New ButtonEntity – select an entity type, for example, Customer

Custom field – select available custom_field_12
Field name – input your custom field name, for example, “Special Notes.”
Description – input custom field description for your internal information
Click Save & Close

Click Add New ButtonEntity – select an entity type, for example, Customer

Notes:

The custom field value is not displayed in the forms, such as invoices, unless we do the customization, and
these need to be performed by our developers.
