After you accrue payroll expenses, FaceAzure Online allows you to pay employees later by using this Pay Employee Liability feature.
- Go to Payroll – Pay Employee Liability
 - Date – Select the date to pay
 - Account – select your cash account
 - Ref – input reference number
 - Memo – input memo of this transaction
 - Check the employee liability list
 - Click Create
 
- Click Yes to confirm the processing payment.
