On FaceAzure Online, you can manage a user’s roles and restrict their access to functionalities or features when you add them.
Also, you can control what users may view and do in certain FaceAzure Online sections, such as customers and sales or vendors and purchases,
- Goto Client Portal -> Company list
- Click on Manage
- Goto Manage User Tap for Invite new user, Edit & update, and Remove & Restore user.
- Click on Invite User to invite your Client.
- Email: Input the Intuit Account email in the Email
- Company Name: Choose a company name.
- Client Role: Choose a role to set user permission.
- Click Send
Note: The user who can be invited must be a user in QuickBooks Online and already registered with an Intuit account.
Go to the Client's mailbox and check the invitation email.
- Click on Click here
- Input the Intuit Account email in the Email field and Click Sign In.
- Input the Password in the Password field and Click Continue.
- Click on the Accept Invite Button
- Click Go To APP Button to FaceAzure Online Application.
Note: The next time, the user just access https://app.faceazure.com/portal/login and log in as normal.
