Activities synchronized | The good news is that with the recent release of version 1.4 and 1.5, FaceAzure Online now has the ability to synchronize all QuickBooks Online data to its own database. |
Webhook | This feature enables automatic updates of any Add, Edit, and Delete data changes in QuickBooks Online to FaceAzure Online without requiring users to synchronize the data manually. |
Exchange Rate | NBC Exchange Rate: Users must add the daily exchange rate by adhering to the exchange rate value from the NBC website. FaceAure Online will apply the NBC exchange rate type to any forms that require display amounts in Khmer Riel. Manual Exchange Rate: Alternatively, you can modify directly in the transactions that need the exchange rate to be manually set up. |
Lists Translation | Since all lists in QuickBooks Online (Chart of Accounts, Customers, Vendors, Products, and Services) are kept in English, all lists will synchronize with FaceAzure Online. Users must translate them from English to Khmer Unicode in FaceAzure Online. |
Print Forms | FaceAzure Online enhanced preset standard templates that comply with Cambodian Tax requirements in the layout that displays customers, vendors, products, and services in Khmer as well as the transaction amount in USD and Khmer riel with the applicable exchange rate set.

Payroll | This payroll feature allows a user to enter personal information for each employee, manage payroll items, pay employees, or accrue payroll expenses on a semimonthly or monthly basis, automatically calculate salary taxes, and print pay slips. FaceAzure Online will record a journal entry to QuickBooks Online for all processing to pay employees or accrued payroll expenses. |
Report | Financial reports are available in both English and Khmer. Each report can be exported in PDF and Excel format. The reports available in FaceAzure Online 1.4 are.

User Management | On FaceAzure Online, we have removed the User Management and role in the Client Application, and we have used it in the Portal application. It is Easy to manage User Global; no need to go to each client application to create users and set permissions. Also, you can control what users may view and do in certain FaceAzure Online sections, such as customers and sales or vendors and purchases, payroll and report. |
